Liz Harvey is a portrait photographer, influenced by storytelling combining created characters and a personal aspect. Liz has always loved photography ever since picking up a camera at such a young age, studying it in college made her realise that there is so much more to photography and many things to explore. Having access to her own portable studio she is able to take her ideas anywhere, she believes the location and lighting has a large impact on the mood whether she is working in the studio or on location.

Liz has completed a BA (Hons) Creative Arts and Design Practice course at Solihull college. Whilst on this course she explored how mental health is represented through figurative language, having seen people around her struggle, she feels that there should be more awareness. Photography is about expressing who you are, everyone is different but different in a good way.
